Cosby arrived at the courthouse Wednesday accompanied by actress Sheila Frazier, who co-starred in the 1978 comedy "California Suite".

Constand described Cosby as someone who she thought was a "Temple friend, somebody I trusted, a mentor, and somewhat of an older figure to me". Constand also told authorities she had never been alone with Cosby before the night of the alleged incident, but testimony revealed she had previously been alone with Cosby on two other occasions when he made "suggestive" or sexual advances toward her. Cosby, a university trustee, followed the athletics department closely, she said.

After they took effect she became aware that Mr Cosby's hands were on her body but could not move, she told the entertainer's sexual assault trial in Pennsylvania today.

Gianna Constand said she confronted Cosby by phone during a two-hour call in which she said he "surrendered" to her about the sexual encounter and told her he "was sick".

The woman who accuses Bill Cosby of sexual assault has denied any prior romance between them. He faces three felony charges of aggravated indecent assault. She also said Cosby was mentoring her for a career in sports broadcast.

During her testimony Tuesday, Constand said that Cosby offered her pills and said they were an herbal supplement.

Cosby led her to a couch, where she passed out, she said.

Some 60 women have come forward to say Cosby sexually violated them, but the statute of limitations for prosecution had run out in almost every case.

When Constand was "jolted awake", she said on the stand on Tuesday, Cosby was assaulting her. Constand was the women's basketball team manager at Cosby's alma mater.

"She couldn't say no", Feden said. He invited her to dine with him at his home.

"I don't know what that means", Constand said. She says she made it clear she didn't welcome the behavior. Cosby phoned her back and during the call also said he was a "sick man", she testified. I said, 'I see two of you, ' and I'm slurring my words. She also said he had tried to undo her trousers on another occasion, and she'd told him, "I don't want that".

Almost 60 other women have made historical allegations against the actor, but Ms Constand's case is the only one that has made it to trial. "But I was frozen, and those messages didn't get there and I was very limited".

"My dress was pulled up from the bottom, and it was pulled down from the top, and my breasts were out", she said, crying. After a year and a half of cordial friendship, they met at Cosby's home in suburban Philadelphia.

During opening remarks, the New York Times reports, a defense attorney told the jurors in Norristown that Constand had made the whole thing up.

Cosby's lawyer, Angela Agrusa, focused not on the details of the alleged assault but on other aspects of Constand's narrative, including discrepancies in several police interviews Constand gave in 2005 when she chose to report the crime a year later. He said he could not read the prescription bottle, Gianna Constand testified, so he agreed to write it down and send it to her.

She testified that she did it to protect her job at the university where Cosby was an influential trustee. Johnson accused Cosby of drugging her during a lunch date at the Bel Air Hotel in the early 1990s.

Cosby said in a recent interview that he won't testify in the trial.

Dozens of women have now come forward claiming the comedian drugged and sexually assaulted them as well.

On Tuesday, Johnson's mother, Pattrice Sewell, bolstered her daughter's story. She says they were friends for about 16 months before he sexually assaulted her.

"Her father didn't want her to be humiliated and feel shame and embarrassment as he had seen other women go through when they went to the police at that time".
